Why I’m Anti-Mac: A Gamer’s Confession
Call me cheap, call me practical — but I refuse to drop extra cash just so my laptop can look “cute” in a coffee shop. That money? It’s going straight into RGB headsets, low-latency mice, and mechanical keyboards that actually do something for my K/D ratio.
And let’s talk about the real dealbreaker: I can’t play my games on Mac.
No Counter-Strike at 240 FPS. No Valorant ranked grind with stable ping. No modded Skyrim with 300+ plugins. Just… Safari tabs and a sad Steam library that says “Unavailable.”
I’m a gamer, not a digital artist flexing Final Cut Pro in 8K. I don’t need color-accurate displays — I need ray tracing, DLSS, and zero input lag.
So yeah, Mac, I hate you — not because you’re bad at what you do… …but because you can’t do what I do.
Go away. My rig’s waiting. And it’s got RGB.
Why? Damn too expensive. I not gonna pay extra money for 'cute' colour for my notebook or pc. Even i have the money to buy mac. i cannot play my favourite game on Mac. I am gamer not professional artist, so i will not consider Mac when i can use the extra money to buy gaming accessories like headset and gaming mouse. So Mac, I hate you because you can not do anything about my gaming habit. Go away because i am anti-Mac.
