ASP.NET MVC 1.0 has been released!

I do not know what is ASP.NET MVC. but it sounds important to me as a .NET developer. I hope this can help me for my upcoming ASP.NET web application. Erm they still use .NET behind ASP? oh well, excuse me , i have some wall of text to read.
