My EVE in 2010
I dont have any plan yet, but still i have something new to try.
1) Non-Pirate Dont Shoot Policy.
2) Focus on low sec solo kill.
3) Gaining standing for level 4 with Corporate Police Force.
4) Reactive Lord Hulk account for wormhole solo experience.
5) Get T2 Large Weapon for sniper BS setup.

Non-Pirate Dont Shoot Policy.
I dont know if this gonna worked or not. My policy is any neutral ship who is not in non-pirate list, i will shoot down. For now, my non-pirate gonna be Providence Holder. But this policy can backfired to me if this non-pirate pilot kill me because i am KOS for non-pirate pilots. But i have to try first.
Focus on low sec solo kill.
Spend 30 minutes in low sec and i try to hunt in a frigate or cruiser.
Gaining standing for level 4 with Corporate Police Force.
The corporation has the best mission agent in Caldari space. I want to see what the maximum LP can i get from missioning in high sec.
Reactive Lord Hulk account for wormhole solo experience.
So easy. I never shoot the sleeper yet. After my Sir Hulk account subscription (May 2010) expired, i will re-subscribe my Lord Hulk, a Amarrian noble son to do some wormhole solo.
Get T2 Large Weapon for sniper BS setup.
I still dont have any larger weapon that i can use for sniper fleet ops. I have all racial BS level 4, so i has a wide choice of large weapon to choose. T2 large weapon takes a long time of skill to use it. 50+ days to finish it. My last choice are two: energy or projectile. Both has good damage and range. Your opinion?
