The Art of Solo PVP in Faction War : Basic Tip
To be honest, i am fail in this because i too afraid to lose my ship.
Anyway, i try to put the list of the things you should know about Faction War solo fight.
Be ready to lose your ship.
No matter how careful are you, you eventually will lose your ship. So fly cheap ship, but good PVP ship.
Fly a good ship
You dont really need high DPS, but focus on more tank. The theory is when you are fight alone, you will hunting a lonely ship, a ship without friends. Even he can call his friend, only 20% the backup will show up. Even they show up, prepare to warp out. Recommended ships : Faction ship, Combat interceptor and Assault Frigate.
Fly a cheap ship
I cant touch on battle ship because i hate a big slow ship to go hunt. It is like driving a tank into battlefield, yes you can win against any infantry, but hard to run away from other tank. Fight solo is always about hit and run tactic. If you cant run, why bother solo. Recommended ships: T1 battle cruiser and T2 frigate.
Tip: in this article, i always dream to be solo fighter, in reality, i rarely engage in solo fight. :D
