Napoleon Total War Campaign of Coalition (Russia) 2
Play as Russia in single player campaign, you will start on the most east die of the map, that's mean you dont have to worry the east side of you and focus on the west. On the north , you have Finland region which owned by Denmark. The Russia government demand Finland to return back in Russia territory and i prepare an army on Finland border. My standard setup for my army consisted of 1 General's Staff, 4 Light Calvary companies, 3 Canon squads and 12 Foot Infantry companies. I build a transport ship in 1 month ( 2 turns) to transport my army to Finland region.
The Russia territory is so vast and it takes time to move soldiers from my capital city to the west border. Not many my capital towns can produce good soldiers. Most of good soldiers only can be trained in Moscow and 2 other capital cities. Logistic is quite quite weak in Russia territory.
On the west border, i start to build 2 more armies to prepare for any offensive move from Prussia and Austria. Both empire are currently busy fighting France on the west side. Prussia ask for Military Alliance and i accepted it. This Military Alliance can give me assurance from Prussia that they will not attack me, they has to break the alliance if they want to make any aggressive move on me which will give me an early warning. Austria dont contact me at all, maybe they have stronger military than me and dont bother to fight with me.
On the south west, i have Ottoman Empire which control all trade routes on the Black Sea and if i want to control this trade routes, i need to declare war on Ottoman Empire which i dont need right now since i am still building my empire and army. I sent my spies to see the military strength of Ottoman Empire. I see most of their armies are scattering around Balkan region and left empty on my border. It is nice chance if i want to attack Ottoman Empire later.
Sorry for no date because i forgot to record this event. My transport ship are ready and my army are landing successfully on Finland region. Without wasting time, my army reach Finland capital town in 1 week and siege for 2 months. Denmark has little army here which dont give any trouble for my army to destroy them. On the north sea, Denmark still regain superiority on this sea with 4 fleets of 38-gun frigates which is too much for my navy. My navy only consisted of the new built transport ship which has only has 6-gun. I start build my first 38-gun frigate and be finished in 3 months. After besieged the Finland capital town for 2 months, my army successful to capture this town and preparing my army to attack other Denmark territory on Sweden region. I need a transport ship to move my army to attack capital town on Sweden region, thankful i dont see any Denmark navy between Finland and Sweden region. i need 1 month to replenish my army which i lost when capturing Finland capital town.
On south west, Ottoman Empire declare war on me. Thanks God, finally i can use my 2 armies on the west side to fight Ottoman Empire. 2 my best armies now on the Ottoman Empire's border. I will make sure Ottoman Empire regret to declare war on me.
