The type initializer for threw an excpetion

Why is this happened?

I use Visual Studio 2005 and my programming language is VB.NET.

I have this problem with my module. After doing some experiment, it seem that my module can not have any declaration of form or control from other class inside it. Yes, it works when you write it,it wont happen now, but later on it will give this exception.
